Most of the fields on the Individual Member Profile form are self-explanatory. However the six fields in the "Departments" block warrant some explanation. These fields provide opportunity for self-employed individuals to include their company identity on their profile. Simply type the word "Company" into the "Primary Job Title" field. Type the name of your company into the "Primary Contact Name" field. If you have an alternate telephone number to load, you can put it into the "Primary Contact Details" field. The Secondary Job Title and Contact fields can be used for your personal assistant's details.
