Cathodic Protection 2 (CP Technician) is a six-day intensive course. Topics include intermediate level corrosion theory and CP concepts, types of CP systems, interference, CP design, and field measurements. The course provides both theoretical knowledge by lectures and presentations, and practical fundamentals by intensive hands-on training with equipment and instruments for testing and evaluating data to determine the effectiveness of both galvanic and impressed current CP systems. The student will also learn how to gather design data.
